Haybridge Sixth Form Open Morning – Saturday, 11 January- Book a time

Open Evenings will be on Wednesday 23rd September for Lower School & Thursday 22nd October for Sixth Form

Haybridge is open today Wednesday 20th November for all year groups.

Students and staff must take great care when making their way to school as after the recent snowfall roads and pavements may be a cause for concern and should only be travelled if families and individuals consider it safe to do so in their particular circumstances.

Please report any absences in the usual way.

Our last communication from the school transport companies suggested that they are running a normal service and they have yet to make us aware of any changes or cancellation to services.

Student Leadership

At Haybridge, student voice is a vital feature of our school community. We believe that students should not only be heard but should play an active role in shaping their school experience. By fostering a culture of respect, openness and collaboration, we empower our students to share their ideas, influence decision-making and contribute meaningfully to the life of the school.

From Year 7 through to Sixth Form, students are given a wide range of opportunities to develop their leadership skills, confidence and sense of responsibility. Our leadership pathways are designed to be inclusive and accessible, ensuring that every student has the chance to take on a role, develop their strengths and make a positive difference.

Students can take on a variety of leadership roles, including Kindness Ambassadors, Sports Leaders, Music Leaders, Student Council representatives, Eco-Ambassadors and the Sixth Form Leadership Team. Through these roles, students lead initiatives and charity events, support their peers, contribute to whole-school improvement and act as role models within our community.

These opportunities not only develop key skills such as communication, teamwork and organisation, but also help students to build confidence, resilience and a strong sense of identity. Student leadership at Haybridge is about more than holding a title – it is about developing the character, integrity and commitment needed to lead with purpose.
