Haybridge Sixth Form Open Morning – Saturday, 11 January- Book a time

Haybridge Open Evenings this year will be held on Wednesday, 23 September, for the Lower School and on Thursday, 15 October, for the Sixth Form.

Haybridge is open today Wednesday 20th November for all year groups.

Students and staff must take great care when making their way to school as after the recent snowfall roads and pavements may be a cause for concern and should only be travelled if families and individuals consider it safe to do so in their particular circumstances.

Please report any absences in the usual way.

Our last communication from the school transport companies suggested that they are running a normal service and they have yet to make us aware of any changes or cancellation to services.

Communications from Haybridge

Working with parents/carers is essential in ensuring that all students feel supported and are able to be successful at Haybridge and beyond. The best way to build a strong home/school relationship is to communicate effectively. To achieve this, all communications between parents/carers and the School should be purposeful and respectful and should be via the correct channels. This is so that we can ensure that parent/carer enquiries reach the person best placed to respond, and to ensure that communications are not lost in the system.

We are constantly reviewing our communications with parents/carers so that they continue to improve; if you have any feedback, please contact the School via the contact form, select enquiry type: General Enquiries

Should you wish to contact the school with any questions, queries or concerns, please use the contact form and select the following option for the person you wish to contact:

  • For pastoral matters such as the wellbeing of your child, rewards or behaviour, select enquiry type: Lower School Pastoral Enquiries
  • For curriculum matters such as teaching, reports, revision or assessments, select enquiry type: Academic Enquiries
  • For attendance matters, select enquiry type: Report Absence
  • For SEND matters, select enquiry type: SEND
  • For more serious concerns or to raise a formal complaint, select enquiry type: Office

We will write to you each week via our Haybridge Highlights newsletter which includes updates on the School such as celebrating and highlighting our students’ successes. We will also send letters if we have a specific reason to, such as for trips, assessment information, safeguarding updates or invitations to events at school. You can find the link to all editions of Haybridge Highlights and all of the letters that we send to parents/carers below in case you need to refer to them in future.
