🎄 HHS Christmas Carol Concert 2025 🎶
The 2025 Christmas Carol Concert provided a wonderful beginning to the festive season, featuring performances from more than 170 students across the school.
The evening commenced with Year 7 student Zach singing Once in Royal David’s City, followed by the Senior Choir’s refined performance of John Rutter’s “I Wish You Christmas.” The Chamber Choir delivered an elegant rendition of “Somewhere in My Memory” from Home Alone, and the Junior Choir showcased soloist Henry, whose performance of “A Spider’s Gift” was warmly received.
The Senior Orchestra accompanied a selection of traditional carols alongside a spirited interpretation of “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year”. The String Group contributed festive arrangements of “Feliz Navidad” and “White Christmas”, while the Wind Band performed an engaging version of “Jingle Bells”.
The concert also featured a number of accomplished solo performances from students in Years 7–11, highlighting the breadth of musical talent within the school community.
Congratulations to all performers and staff involved for delivering an uplifting and memorable evening. 🎶✨
