🌧️ H&WSAA Cross Country Regional Round – Thursday 5 February
Our amazing Haybridge athletes braved the elements at Bromsgrove School for the Regional Round of the H&WSAA Cross Country… and what a day it was!
🥇 13 Haybridge students qualified for this stage, which is an incredible achievement in itself.
We are thrilled to announce that Ffion, Grace F and Olive have all qualified for the National Finals in Liverpool this March! 🎉
👏 Sam V and Isla W have also made the reserve list- we’re keeping everything crossed for you both!
Despite the truly awful weather, every single athlete gave it their all and represented Haybridge brilliantly. You were all an absolute credit to the school.

Rugby taster 🏉
12 Yr7/8 girls joined 40 other girls from various schools at a rugby taster session at Kidderminster Carolians this week. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and got involved with all the activities on a freezing cold evening.
They were a credit to Haybridge!

Huge congratulations to Api and Callum , who competed at the Schools Zonal Competition in Cardiff after qualifying through regionals in the Middle of England.
Api placed 1st out of 10 competitors and Callum placed 2nd out of 7- both earning their spot at Nationals in Derby!
Amazing achievements.. well done both! 💪✨

🏉 County Rugby Success 🏉
Huge congratulations to Sam, Harrison and Edward who were selected to represent Worcestershire U15s after county trials featuring players from top rugby clubs and schools.
All three boys progressed into the 30-man squad, and following squad training were named in the 23-man playing squad for the county festival against Shropshire, Herefordshire and Greater Birmingham.
With 2 wins and 1 narrow defeat, Worcestershire topped the table.
A fantastic achievement - we are so proud!
